Born in a classical-cultural family,
and grew up in an edgy-cultural environment.

XIN was born in a classical cultural atmosphere of the family, grandpa used to be the head of the Peking Opera troupe, father engaged in classical music production, mother is a national local drama first class actor. Thus, the idea of inheriting traditional culture is deeply rooted in her heart.

An attempt to combine her favorite street dance with traditional Chinese culture and art.

"Combining the traditional and the popular has always been something I've wanted to do. "
In the 2020 competitive dance show Masked Dance King, XIN and his master Jame LIN completed two fusion attempts at traditional culture and street dance Popping.
In the dance "传承", they tell the story of how a naughty apprentice gradually grow up to have the ability to take charge only by the step-by-step guidance from the master, which represents that the Chinese culture is passed down from generation generation.
The work "三岔口" combines a classic Peking Opera clip with western popping art, and highly restores the martial arts fighting scene of the Peking Opera clip. It was also selected as an outstanding cultural work by the Chinese Consulate General in New York.

Similarly, XIN's attempts at classical and modern pop are also reflected in her music.
"U&I" is one of the popular songs from her 2021 studio EP "Epsilon". She gave the song a different flavor by cooperating with a Chinese Orchestra on the stage of Henan TV's Preliminary Eve Gala in 2022.
"Baby I Know" is XIN's first dance track of her debut full-length album "Xanadu", released in December 2022. By cooperating with a jazz band in Jiangsu TV's New Year's Eve Gala of 2023, she gave the song a brand new look compared to the original version.
